COVID-19 Impact & Scheduling

During this time of a global pandemic, many couples have called conveying how worried they are about their wedding day. We have spoken with many of our clients and couples on the East and West Coast, and understand how everyone is feeling at this time as we are experiencing similar situations. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

For those those that can reschedule their event date, we are transferring services without any additional fees (based on availability). However, dates are filling up fast. For couples that can’t wait and choose a digital wedding during this time, the reservation deposit can be used for alternative events such as birthdays, anniversaries, New Years parties, or other private events without any additional fees (up to 12 months and subject to availability).

As couples throughout Southern California are rescheduling weddings to the end of 2020 or pushing to 2021, the Spring of next year has become a very popular date.

There are a lot of high expectations for next year, with the top one being LA and NYC areas reaching Phase 4 with large scale events going back online. Within a year, hopefully a COVID-19 vaccine or medical breakthrough will be achieved and celebrations will be back on track for large private and social events.

Currently, JG Music Productions have limited dates on the weekends available for the end of 2020 and 2021. Due to limited availability, some couples have chosen weekday events but those are also filling up quickly. For those of you tentatively planning for the future, whether it’s weddings or company events, lock in your dates now before it’s too late. Reach out to us via email at info@mydjisbetter.com or by phone at 1-855-MyProDJ.

We are working on an online reservation system to help streamline the booking process. Once payment is received, we can digitally confirm reservations or let you know if that date is not available.

We appreciate everyone’s support of small businesses like ours, and look forward to celebrating with everyone in the (hopefully near) future.
